Membership Payments

All membership fees and dues paid through OneMember.lk are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final. This applies to annual membership fees, renewal payments, chapter dues, and event or meeting fees.

No Returns Policy

OneMember.lk facilitates digital membership payments and access to community benefits. There are no physical goods involved, and therefore no returns are accepted.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a duplicate payment or a verified technical error on our platform, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Bizelevate (Pvt) Ltd will review the case and, if confirmed, process a correction or credit at our discretion.
